It’s not all bad, but it’s not all good

The beachfront location is stunning, and the staff made our stay memorable with their professionalism and warmth.

The cleanliness was lacking, with dirty plates left unattended and room maintenance issues that marred our experience.

The Deluxe King Room was decent but had a few issues. The bed was super comfy, which was a highlight. However, the balcony was kind of dirty and needed a good clean. We also found a dirty towel in the room and a piece of underwear left by the previous guest, which was a bit gross. Plus, our room key stopped working on the last day, which was annoying. Nice ocean view though, and the location is prime for beach access.

our stay was incredible! the deluxe ocean view room had breathtaking views and a lovely balcony to enjoy the sound of the waves. after staying at several hotels in veracruz, this one surpassed all expectations with its friendly staff and amazing breakfast that featured made-to-order omelets.

The beach access from the pool is awesome! The pool area is super kid-friendly, and we enjoyed the evening small plates.

Absolutely loved the beachfront access. it made relaxing so much easier. The deluxe ocean view room had stunning views. the sound of the waves at night was incredible. Breakfast was a highlight with made-to-order omelets and a great selection of fruits. I found the staff to be extremely friendly and always ready to help. However, the pool area needed some maintenance. not all pools were filled, which was disappointing. Also, the beach access could get crowded. But overall, the ambiance and location were top-notch, making up for some of the inconveniences.

Amazing views and awesome staff!

The staff here were super friendly, especially Silvia and Misael – they made our stay special. The location is perfect with beautiful ocean views from our room. Loved the breakfast, those omelettes were the best! Only thing was the corridors were kinda hot and humid. Still, we’re definitely coming back for summer!

Our family of 20 had an amazing time at the resort! We loved exploring the local area, especially the incredible water park that entertained both adults and kids alike. The ocean views from our huge room were simply stunning.

In my kids’ opinion, the bathroom could really use more space. It made things a bit cramped, especially with so many of us. More family-friendly amenities would be great.

The hotel has an amazing pool area, it was clean and made me feel like I was in paradise , just soaking in the sun. Plus, the staff always greeted us by name, it’s those little things that really made us feel special during our time there.

Our stay was quite enjoyable! The Deluxe Ocean View room offered stunning sunsets, while the pool area was perfect for relaxing. Don’t miss the strawberry margaritas at the bar—they were the highlight of our day! Be mindful of beach conditions. they kept us from swimming comfortably in the water.

Amazing views and breathtaking food

My stay was absolutely delightful with stunning sea views from my room and a fantastic beach just steps away. The breakfast buffet was the highlight. it featured an incredible variety of fresh options that made every morning a treat. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. However, the gym equipment definitely needs an upgrade as it was quite dated.
